Can 90 days make a difference in your life? They can if you commit to - and stick with - the exercise program outlined here. Follow it, and you'll notice a definite difference in the way you look and the way you look at life. I have divided the workout plan into four sections. Each section should be done in a
separate day. Then, you repeat the hole cycle when you finish. You should have a rest
day between each section as well. Try to do three sets per exercise with increasing
the weight once a week. Finally, don't forget to worm up for 15 minutes before your
workout.
