I have been an amateur currency collector for a long time. I have collected stamps in the past but enjoy paper currency and coins the most. Stamps were fun but I enjoy currencies more because you get a much better feel for each represented culture due to the printing on both sides. I also enjoy the incredible, intricate artwork designed into currencies. My goal is to eventually have at least one example of a banknote or a coin from each issuing authority both past and present.
